Balcony Dogs is a 5-piece indie rock band based in Brooklyn, NY. The band consists of vocalist and guitarist Ryan Terry, guitarist Michael Richardson, bassist Michael Tumbaco, Rachel Shurland on keys, and drummer Cruz Wilson. Each member brings different musical influences to the band, from punk, indie, and alt-rock to funk and blues. 

Balcony Dogs emerged in 2024 in Buffalo, NY, initially as a solo music endeavor by Terry. He released an album in 2025 called Hippies & Punks, which Terry wrote, performed, recorded, and produced almost entirely himself. Terry dedicated years to developing and performing these tracks, and you can feel the love and care in each one.

After performing at iconic Buffalo/Fredonia venues including Nietzsche's, BJ’s, and Mohawk Place, Terry relocated to NYC to further develop his music. Backed by an energized live band of experienced musicians, he is determined to become a mainstay in the independent NYC music scene.
